We order from this Zaxby's a lot. We work right down the road. The food is normally good. Today my order was so messed up and I called and asked for a refund. They did not believe me so I took the food back and got a full refund. I would not have accepted but not one person asked if they could make it right. When the lunch text goes out in our office and Zaxby's is the choice I will not be placing an order.

The staff at this location are always super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and the food tastes great and is served quickly- both in the restaurant and the drive thru. My family and I really enjoy the chicken tenders and the Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich.

We order online and pick up through the drive-through. We like the food, but the order is rarely correct. Cookies we order are frequently left out altogether. I often still get fries instead of the cole slaw I substituted. I have to check my tea every time to make sure it's unsweetened and not sweetened. Today they forgot the tea altogether. Along with two 3-packs of cookies. Sometimes we've used our rewards points to get free cookies, only to have our rewards points deducted and find the cookies absent. We literally have to check our order and hold up the people behind us every time now before we leave. We order through the app, which sends the order exactly as we want it. It's not like these mistakes are communication errors from ordering in person. Other restaurants have quality checks in which employees verify that what's on the receipt is what's in the order they're handing to the customer. This location seriously needs to institute something similar.

When i walked in 3 employees shout. CASH ONLY their cc reader was down. The food came out fairly fast but over cooked. A very nice employee asked to clear my table when i was done.

The food was average. The funnel cakevwas as big as my palm and was $5. If id kniwn the size i wouldnt have ordered it. The chicken was the same as wverywhere else. Nothing spectacular. Cost $32 for two people.

They always get my order right ✔️ However, it's a hit or miss with the fries. Their boneless wings are tough, NEVER have enough sauce (even if you ask), and they'll give you 'pieces' (bottom of the bag chicken/crumbs). I won't return to this location. Check your bag at the window if you do...

The lettuce in the salad I ordered this morning was brown and wilted. I was very disappointed. I called the store and told them and did not get an apology either. So check your salads before you leave the restaurant. I also didn’t have salad dressing in the bag.
